By accessing or using our cloud platfrom, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not
agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or
accessing our services.
Service Description
Cloud LB provides cloud hosting services, including but not limited to
virtual servers, storage, and network resources. The features and
specifications of our services may change over time, and we reserve the
right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate,
complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are
solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Data Security and Privacy
We take data security and privacy seriously. We implement reasonable
security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no
method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. By using our
services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we
collect, use, and disclose your information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized
purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws or
regulations. You are responsible for all content and activities that
occur under your account, and you agree not to engage in any activity

availability, or performance of our services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cloud LB be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any
way connected with the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these
terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the
rules of the Lebanese Arbitration Center.
